  • Is your venue climate controlled?

    Yes- our Entire venue has A/C and Heat.

  • Can we bring our own decor?

    Yes- we want you to have everything that makes your day special. We just kindly ask not nails or stapling.

  • Is your venue handicap accessible?

    Yes-we have special parking spot along with ada bathrooms.

  • Is the ceremony and reception on the same property?

    Yes- we have a couple ceremony areas with in the woods and the reception barn is right near by.

  • Do you have staff on site if we need anything?

    Yes- MRF Employees will be on site to help answer any questions. We will have a parking attendee.

  • Do you require event insurance?

    Yes- we recommend Wedsafe, The Event Helper,  Briteco and Wedsure.

  • Do you allow pets on our wedding day?

    Yes-Approved animals must remain on a leash, have a dedicated handler, and be removed from the property after the ceremony.

  • Do you allow smoking?

    Yes- Smoking/Vaping is allowed in designated areas only.

  • How many guests can your venue hold?

    Up to 175 guests including wedding party. If your party is larger please feel free to contact us.

  • Can we have our rehearsal on the property?

    Yes- rehearsals are on Thursdays (Friday and Saturday Weddings)

  • Do you have set Catering Vendors?

    You are allowed to choose your own catering vendors as long as they are licensed. We are a prep kitchen ONLY. We want you to have the freedom to have options.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol?

    Yes- we just require you have a licensed bartender and insured to serve.
